By using the StrayTats.com web site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and Intellectual Property Rights Policy.
WARNING: The adhesive used with StrayTats Temporary Tattoos may contain Toluene: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing a baby.
Adhesive conforms to FDA title 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives; and Title 21 CFR 176.180, Paper and Paperboard in Contact with Dry Foods, and is included among the regulated substances deemed acceptable for use as components of food contact applications. It also conforms to the Toy Safety Standard ASTM F963-96a, Section 4.3.5.2 regarding heavy metals and also meets the requirements of the Photographic Activity Test (per ISO 14523).

The adhesive used to adhere your temporary tattoo to your skin is a medical-grade adhesive which has been approved for cosmetic use by the United States Food and Drug Administration. However, as with any product that is applied to skin, there may exist a small possibility of an adverse reaction in some individuals. If you have, in the past, developed a rash or irritation from wearing adhesive bandages, this product may not be for you. Terms and Conditions
- You may not use the StrayTats service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack StrayTats or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with StrayTats.
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- You must not, in the use of StrayTats, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the StrayTats service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Intellectual Property Rights Policy
- StrayTats.com provides an automated service which allows customers to create and produce their own temporary tattoos. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material uploaded to the StrayTats service. By uploading images to our website you testify that you are the rightful copyright or trademark owner of said images, or that you have full permission of the copyright/trademark owner to use said images for reproduction and/or resale, or that the images uploaded to our site are in the public domain or are otherwise free of intellectual property protection.

The images available for use in the StrayTats Gallery are either original work, or purchased by StrayTats.com for resale, or understood to be in the public domain and free for reproduction, distribution, and resale. Many of the images in our gallery were purchased by StrayTats.com as part of a library of public domain material and are believed to be, as was represented to us, free of copyright. StrayTats.com undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws and does not intend to use the intellectual property of others in any unauthorized manner. If you find an image on our site which is not free for distribution, reproduction or resale and for which you hold a copyright or trademark, please notify us through the steps listed below and we will immediately remove it from our site. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit StrayTats to locate the material;
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
